For Workers

Workers on dairy farms that participate in the Milk with Dignity Program have rights under the worker-defined Code of Conduct.  You have access to a fair, objective complaint resolution procedure established within the Program.  

If you have any questions about the Program, or would like to make a complaint to the Milk with Dignity Standards Council, please call us at 802-881-1087. You may ask for your complaint or question to be treated as confidential. 

If you are not sure if you work on a participating farm or not, you can still call us with questions or complaints.
